ChargoX was founded upon the rather straightforward idea that people in Winnipeg should never have to think about their phone dying while they’re out and about. Whether you’re at a restaurant, waiting at a hospital, shopping at a mall, or attending a show at a venue, having a dead battery shouldn’t be the thing that holds you back.
So we created a rental network that would locate portable phone chargers exactly where people really need them. Our self-service kiosks have been installed at bars, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, malls, universities, gyms, event spaces, airports, and transit locations all over Winnipeg. How We Operate
ChargoX is responsible for all parts of the rental process itself. We set up and look after the stations ourselves, keep the power banks fully charged and ready, and handle all the unseen behind-the-scenes logistics. Our customers receive a very quick and easy way to charge their phones. The venue partners also get an extremely valuable perk for their visitors – all without having to put in any extra effort themselves.
Our stations themselves are very simple and self-service – no staff assistance necessary. You just have to scan, hire, charge and then hand it back.
